Really like a hotel room even located in residence apartment. Located in local residence area and you can feel the local atmosphere. Take bus No. 170 to city centre . The journey take you 15-20min and you can see a lot of local place around.

Let's be clear, this isn't a hotel. It's a wing of an apartment complex where 5 rooms are rented out nightly. While the actual room cleanliness and accomodations are nice, that is the only positive I really have to say about it.
Was relatively difficult to find and I didn't receive good instructions from the "staff" for how to get there. I use the term staff loosely because there isn't a staff that I ever saw. I checked in at the restaurant on the first floor, but it was poorly organized, and not great for travelers as no one really spoke English. The location is OK (Rome city centre is about a 15 minute bus ride), but the value for the money definitely isn't there. Also, I was told to just leave my keys in the room when I left, so I did, but then the door to leave the wing of the apartment complex was locked so I had to bang on the door of the room next to me at 5:30am so they could let me out.

It is clean, nice and has minimum what is needed. Location is nice itself, but quite far from the center and it takes about one hour to reach for instance Spanish Stairs. Breakfast was provided at the cafeteria on the street and a cup coffee and a bund.
Shower gel was not provided, but soap and shampoo was. There is no reception since it is rather a flat for rent and not a hotel, but owner can be always contacted over phone or found in the cafeteria downstairs. It takes 20 minutes to go on foot to a train station and 30 minutes to underground.

It's clean The Location it's very good. Very quite.
It's very dificult to find Residenza Fermi, ther's not any sign or indication in the street. The owners have a restaurant at the bottom and the check-in was made there in the street, because theres no reception. The breakfast it's in the coffeshop in front of the residence. You only can eat a cappucino and a croissant, a coffe and a croissant or a tea and a croissant.

Nice hotel for the price. Located in a residential area, the hotel is clean and has private bathroom and is rather quite during night, we had a conformable stay.
The window was left open after room service, so there is some flies entering into the room which is a bit annoying. Otherwise it is quite good.
